Office Hours & Availability

Office Closed: Saturdays and Sundays.

No Client Contact: Mondays and Fridays are reserved for internal work. Exceptions may be made only for live productions.

Consulting/Meeting Hours: Tuesdays through Thursdays, 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., by availability and appointment only.
Production Submissions & Timelines

Weekly Shows: All production materials must be submitted at least 72 hours before the scheduled production date.

Pre-production meetings are available 30 minutes before production time.

Regular Production Projects: All information and materials must be submitted no later than two (2) weeks before the scheduled production date.

Website Design Projects: The design timeline ranges between 3 – 6 months, depending on project complexity, cooperation, and timely submission of content.

Monthly Service & Maintenance Updates: Clients must submit all update requests no later than the 20th of each month to be included in the monthly service cycle.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Meetings, Consultations, or Productions:

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

In unavoidable cases, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of fees and/or rescheduling at the company’s discretion.
Restrictions on the Use of Online Material
