The way you have immersed yourself in learning the Coach Ministry system has not gone unnoticed. More than that, I deeply appreciate the care, patience, and thoughtfulness you bring when engaging with my clients, members, and their brands.

One of the reasons I delayed bringing in additional support for so long is because how people treat my clients and members matters deeply to me. These are people I respect, value, and, in many cases, feel personally responsible for helping to protect. Their brands, visions, and assignments matter, and anyone connected to them through Coach Ministry must understand that they are not just “projects” or “tasks.”

They are people, purpose, and legacy.

As we continue upgrading and strengthening the MCM website and support system, I want you to know that your questions, concerns, and shared experiences have been heard.

I have been listening, taking notes, and using the feedback you poured in to help identify areas where the system could be made clearer, stronger, and more supportive for members and clients.

Even where the feedback came through moments of confusion or frustration, it still carried value, and I do not take that lightly. Your experience helped bring attention to areas that needed refinement, and for that I am deeply grateful.
