GLOBAL OPPORTUNITIES (unless specified in the description)

Atomic Grants - Atomic Grants are available to those who identify as a woman, and who are 21+. You can live anywhere in the world - as long as you have a way to receive the money digitally, and you are connected via email and social media. Grant for $1,500. Next due date is 8/31/22.

Cartier Women's Initiative - Open to women-run and women-owned businesses from any country and sector that aim to have a strong and sustainable social and/or environmental impact. Grants for up to $100,000. Apply by 6/30/22

Entrepreneurship World Cup - The Entrepreneurship World Cup is one of the biggest and most diverse startup pitch competitions and support programs of its kind, featuring more than 370,000 entrepreneurs from over 200 countries and offering winners life-changing prizes. Grants for up to $1MM. Apply by 7/10/22 -

Giving Joy Microgrant - Available to women 18 and older, you can use the grant to start a new business, or expand your existing business. You can also use the grant to start or expand a nonprofit, non-governmental organization (NGO), charity, or propose a specific activity or project you would like to implement. Grant for $500. Apply by 6/30/2022.

Global Good Fund Fellowship - The Global Good Fund Fellowship is open to social enterprise leaders based anywhere in the world, who are trying to make the world a better place through business. Ideal Fellows are dedicated to their own self-discovery and development, under 40 years of age, hold a leadership position at their social enterprise, operating for 3-5 years and demonstrate coachability. Grants for $10,000. Apply by 6/30/22

Roddenberry Catalyst Fund - The Catalyst Fund is offering grants to Nonprofits & Social Enterprises to fund ideas or early-stage projects that have a high potential for large-scale impact and sustainable change. You can be a seasoned social entrepreneur or a first-time changemaker. Eligible candidates for the Catalyst Fund may be individuals, teams of individuals, non-profit organizations, or social enterprises. Grants for up to $15,000.

Techstars Accelerators - Techstars accelerators have one goal: to help entrepreneurs succeed. During each three-month program, they surround companies with the best mentors and an unrivaled network of corporate partners, investors, and alumni. Companies can receive $20K for 6% of company. Africa Prize for Engineering Innovation - The lead applicant must be a citizen of a country in sub-Saharan Africa. Applicants must have developed, or be in the process of developing, a new technological innovation. Applicants should have the ambition to take a leading role in creating a new business to commercialize this innovation. Grants for up to £25,000. Apply by 7/19/22 -

develoPPP Ventures ideas competition - Your company must be registered in the target country or plan to register there prior to the co-financed growth investment. You should have an innovative business model and are already generating initial revenues (proof of concept). Apply by 6/30/22 -

Grindstone incubator - Must be based in South Africa - incubator will include training, corporate advisory, coaching, mentorship and funding. Specific interventions for each company include a structured gap analysis, understanding of the company value system, building a digital go-to-market strategy, financial modelling, intellectual property assessment, strategic and financial valuation as well as populating a data room.


Small Business Northern flood grant - If your small business or not-for-profit organisation in northern NSW was impacted by storms and floods in February and March 2022, you may be eligible for a one-off $10,000 small business northern flood grant. Apply by 7/31/22 -


Boost Your Business Technology - Grant for up to $15,000 offers support to Canadian-owned small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) who want to adopt new digital technologies. -

Google for Startups Accelerator Canada - The accelerator program is best suited for Seed to Series A revenue generating tech startups that are headquartered in Canada. Selected companies should have a minimum of 5 to 10+ employees. Apply by 6/21/22 -

Ontario-based Small Business Resource guide - The 5-page guide lists currently available Federal and Provincial funding and support programs aimed to assist small business owners. It can be downloaded via the link-

Racialized and Indigenous Supports for Entrepreneurs (RAISE) - R.A.I.S.E. is a program focused on assisting Indigenous, Black and other racialized entrepreneurs to start and scale their business. The program will provide coaching, mentorship, advisory services and grants to entrepreneurs looking to increase their capacity and scale their business. Grants for $10,000.

Strategic Innovation Fund - Strategic Innovation Fund (SIF) provides financial support to projects that will improve Canada's innovation performance while providing economic, innovation and public benefits to Canadians.. Must be a for-profit corporation or non-profit (depending on application) in Canada and be requesting a minimum govt contribution of $10 million for a proposal with total costs of at least $20 million.


Visa She's Next Programme - Women-led businesses in Ireland are invited to apply for a grant as well as a year of coaching through IFundWomen. Grants for 10,000 Euros. Apply by 8/16/22 -


South East Business Boost (SEBB) Grants - South East Business Boost (SEBB) Grants of up to £10,000 are available to small to medium sized businesses in East Sussex. Apply by 8/1/22 -


AAPISTRONG Restaurant Fund - With support from Grubhub, this fund serves to support AANHPI restaurant owners. Must be based in US and restaurant must be Asian American/Pacific Islander/Native Hawaiian majority-owned. Grants for $25,000 - $100,000. Apply by 6/22/22 -

Amazon's Black Business Accelerator - Dedicated to helping build sustainable equity and growth for Black entrepreneurs by enabling their success as sellers. Grow your business with access to financial support, strategic business guidance and mentorship, and marketing and promotional support.

Antares REACH Grant Program USA - Hello Alice and the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN), the Antares REACH Grant Program will provide $20,000 grants to small businesses, with an emphasis on businesses preparing for their next stage of growth; operated by historically underrepresented entrepreneurs; and providing important community services. Grant for $20,000. Apply by 7/14/22

AT&T Black Future Maker - Black Future Makers are dedicated individuals pursuing greater possibilities for the greater good. Submit a video of 30-60 seconds, or photo, on your Instagram feed explaining how you are pursuing greater possibilities for you and the community. Grants for $10,000. Apply by 12/31/22 -

Bank of America Breakthrough Lab Accelerator - Breakthrough Lab is an accelerator program for minority founders from underserved communities. It provides access to expertise and mentorship for early-stage businesses that are building growth models, establishing industry contacts and positioning themselves for new funding. Apply by 6/20/22

Black Ambition Prize - The Black Ambition Prize competition provides a platform for Black and Latinx founders across the nation and students and recent alumni of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) to access growth capital, pitch feedback, and mentorship. Eligible applicants consist of Black and Latinx innovators building early-stage ventures. Grants for up to $1MM. Apply by 6/20/22

Black Girl Ventures (BGV) Fall 2022 Pitch Program - If you're a Black/Brown woman-identifying founder in Austin, Chicago, Detroit, Houston, Los Angeles, or Miami, you can apply by 7/1/22 -

Comcast RISE - Marketing and Tech Support and Investment Fund - There are separate applications for the marketing and technology services awards and the Comcast RISE Investment Fund. Eligible business owners may apply for either, or both programs. Apply by 6/17/22

C Suite (Cosmopolitan and digitalundivided) - Cosmo's C-Suite is a program open to women of color who have founded and currently operate their own businesses. It’s run by Cosmopolitan and digitalundivided. They will be inducting 10 businesses into the New C-Suite for the second time this fall with a feature in the magazine, on the website, and across their social media. Apply by 6/10/22

Dream Big Awards - Must be a for-profit business operating for at least one (1) year primarily within the United States with less than 250 employees OR gross revenues of less than $20 million for each of 2021 and 2022. Grant for $25,000. Apply by 7/8/2022.

Driving Small Business Forward - Ten $25,000 grants will be awarded to Hispanic Small Businesses to use towards the purchase of a commercial vehicle. Apply by 6/17/22 -

eBay Up and Running Grant - Business sellers will be asked to share details of their small business and how they plan to use the grant to accelerate their growth. eBay is looking to identify sellers who represent a diverse range of backgrounds, bring their unique experiences and inventory to the marketplace, and are committed to their communities and the eBay ecosystem. Grants for $10,000. Apply by 6/10/22

Famous Amos Ingredients for Success Entrepreneurs Initiative - Your business must be at minimum 90% Black-owned to be considered for this program and have been in operation for five years or less. Pitch competition for $50,000. Apply by 6/26/22

Fearless Strivers - Open to black women who are legal U.S. residents (including DC), 18+ and the principal owner of a U.S.-based small business. Grants for $10,000. Apply by 12/31/22.

Founders First Job Creators - Must be located in the state of Pennsylvania or New Jersey and have a current staff of 2-20 employees. Your company must be a service-based business and at least one revenue stream serving other businesses. Must be a for-profit company with annual revenues between $100K and $3 million. Grants for up to $10,000. Apply by 6/13/22

HerRise Micro-Grant - Each month a $500 micro-grant will be awarded to a for-profit small business owned by women of color. Past recipients used their growth grants for computers, equipment, marketing materials, software purchase, website creation and more.

IFundWomen Fund Forward Awards 2022 - Through this one-of-a-kind funding program, qualified entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to win a $100,000 equity investment, access to premium educational resources, and cash grants. Apply by 6/30/22

Juntos Crecemos Hispanic Digital & Delivery Program (PepsiCo) - PepsiCo is inviting Latina entrepreneurs who work in food service to apply for eight weeks of personalized expert consultation, including best practices across operations, technology, marketing and digital presence.

Kapitus Building Resilient Businesses Grant - Create an original video, no more than 2 minutes in length, telling your small business story and how $100,000 can help you continue to write that story. Apply by 6/30/22 -

McBride Sisters SHE CAN Fund in Food and Wine - SHE CAN Fund invests in the professional advancement and career growth of high-potential, professional women, with a particular focus on women of color. Mission is to close the gender and race gap in leadership positions in wine & spirits, hospitality, and finance industries by providing professional development -

Oye - The Lab for Latinx Audio Creators (with NPR) - Over the course of this six-week, virtual lab, NPR and LAist Studios will work with a small cohort of finalists from across the country to develop new programming for Latinx + Latino/a/e communities and beyond. Stipend of $2,500. Apply by 6/19/22.

Restaurant Disaster Relief Grant - DoorDash has partnered with Hello Alice to create the Restaurant Disaster Relief Fund. The fund supports restaurants impacted by natural disasters like fires, floods and hurricanes with grants up to $10,000. Apply by 6/30/22 -

SBA Thrive Emerging Leaders Training program – Training program for business owners that have annual revenues of at least $250,000 and have been in business at least 3 years and have at least one employee.

Tito’s Small Business Grant Program - Business owner(s) must *not* hold an interest in an alcoholic beverage license of any kind or be employed by a business that holds an alcohol license and must have been in business at least one year. Grants for $25,000. Apply by 6/30/22

Truist NonProfit Grant - The Truist Foundation supports nonprofits with grants that target leadership development, economic mobility, thriving communities and educational equity. Quarterly deadlines -

UnderFUNDED Spring 2022 - Grant for $5000 for one deserving Black female small business owner.

Verizon Small Business Digital Ready - Online curriculum designed to give small businesses tools to succeed in today's digital world including learning modules, expert coaching and peer networking.

Wish Local Empowerment Program - You must be a Black-owned business with a brick-and-mortar shop within the United States and less than 20 employees. If selected for the program, you must join Wish Local (which is free). Grants for up to $2000 -

You Glow Girl Women Entrepreneur Grant – Grant for $10,000 is open to all women entrepreneurs in the US. Apply by July 1. Top 25 will be announced for round 2 on July 8. Top 10 will be announced for round 3 on August 1. Winner announced mid-August.



  • WeRise Accelerator For Black Owned Businesses - Local First Arizona’s We Rise business accelerator is a new, no-fee six-month program offering comprehensive and practical business skills to Arizona’s Black entrepreneurs. Apply by 6/17/22


  • Black Cooperative Investment Fund - Primary target population: Black business owners or residents in Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, or Orange Counties. Loans for up to $20,000 with 0%Interest Rate with 25% forgivable option. Applicable loan processing fees.

  • California Dream Fund - To apply for the grant, the program first requires eligible startups to participate in a no-cost business startup program that combines helpful startup training workshops with one-on-one consulting services. Upon successful completion of the program, eligible participants will be given a link to apply for grant funding up to $10,000 -

  • Create and Cultivate Ink Big Pitch Contest - Three California based finalists will be selected to pitch in front of a live panel of judges at Create & Cultivate’s L.A. Conference on June 25, 2022 for the chance to win a $10,000 Small Business Grant. Apply by 6/14/22

  • LA2050 Grant Fund - The Contest is open to non-profit organizations, for-profit business organizations, and government agencies that operate in the State of California. It is an open call for ideas to make Los Angeles the best place to learn, create, play, connect, and live. Apply by 6/17/22

  • Red Bluff Small Business Grant - Open to businesses with 15 or fewer employees located in Red Bluff, CA. Grants for $5,000. Apply by 6/10/22

  • Riverside County Relief Grants - Microbusiness must be a for-profit business located in Riverside County with less than $50,000 in revenue for 2019 and less than 5 employees. Grants for $2,500. Apply by 6/30/22 -

  • San Bernardino County Microbusiness COVID-19 Relief Grant - Must be a business located within the San Bernardino County boundaries with 5 or less employees. Grants for $2,500 -

  • San Francisco Storefront Improvement Grants - San Francisco is offering a series of financial recovery grants up to $2500 to help small businesses design storefront improvements and assess their space for accessibility upgrades. Apply by 6/30/22 -

  • San Jose Small Business Relief grants - For-profit Businesses, companies, or enterprises (used interchangeably) including sole-proprietors and single-person businesses may apply. Business must be located in commercial buildings in San Jose. Grants for up to $15,000. Apply by 6/30/22

  • Southern California Job Creators Quest Grant - Must be located inMust be located in the Los Angeles, Orange County, Riverside, San Bernardino, Imperial, and San Diego regions and have a current staff of 2-20 employees. Will have the ability to add 1-2+ net new premium wage jobs in the next 12 months. Must be a for-profit company with annual revenues between $100K and $3 million. Founder must identify as: Latinx, Black, Asian, Women, LGBTQIA+, Military Veteran, or located in a Low to Moderate Income area. Grants for $10,000. Apply by 11/30/22


  • Advanced Industries Export Grant - Helps Colorado-based advanced industries technology businesses who want to export or are currently exporting. This grant is for small- and medium-sized businesses for up to $15,000.

  • Colorado Community Revitalization Grant - Provides gap funding for projects in creative districts, historic districts, main streets or neighborhood commercial centers. This grant will support creative projects that combine creative industry workforce housing, commercial spaces, performance space, community gathering spaces, child care centers, and retail partnerships for the purpose of economic recovery and diversification. Up to $5MM in funding available.

  • Colorado State Outdoor Recreation Grant - Eligible entities include government bodies, nonprofits, colleges/universities, economic development organizations, and Indian Tribes. Funding is not available for individuals, private businesses, or other federal agencies. Apply by 6/30/22.

  • Energize Colorado - Targets small businesses across four communities: East Colfax, Pueblo, Southwest Denver, and the Child Care Industry. Includes funding readiness workshops, low-interest Gap Fund loans up to $20k, and an accelerator program valued at $1,200. -

  • Tourism Recovery Marketing Grant - Funding will be considered only to entities within the travel and tourism industry in Colorado that meet the stated eligibility requirements. Grants for up to $500,000. Apply by 8/1/22

District of Columbia (Washington DC)




  • Gurnee, IL Small Business Grant - The village of Gurnee, Illinois launched a small business grant program last month. Grants can be used to improve business facilities and each business must provide at least half of the capital (match) for each project. Grants up to $10,000 -

  • Illinois Restaurant Foundation - Grants for restaurant workers facing hardships. Grants cover living expenses after life-altering events like accident, illness, or death of a close family member. These are for individuals rather than businesses.$250 to $1500. Apply by 8/31/22 -

  • Peoria RISE Small Business Grant - The program is called RISE - Recovery, Income, Startup, Expansion - and it’s intended to provide financial assistance to Peoria based businesses that were distressed by the impacts of COVID-19. Grants up to $50,000 Apply by 6/10/22 -

  • Small Business Improvement Fund – Chicago - Grants for permanent building improvements and repairs. Chicago’s Department of Planning and Development facilitates the program. Local businesses can apply for grants that cover between 30 percent and 90 percent of their remodeling or building costs. Up to $250,000. Different application deadlines based on location in Chicago. -


  • Overland Park (three grant programs) - Three grants are being made available - Small Business Grant fund, Impacted Industry fund and Hotel fund. Businesses need to be within Overland Park, KS. Grants for up to $50,000.




  • New Bedford, MA - Various grant opportunities for small business and non-profits located in New Bedford, MA. -

  • Taunton STEP Up program - The Sales Technology & Efficiency Professional Upgrade Program (STEP UP) program was designed to assist small businesses with critical upgrades to their digital technology and cyber presence, so that they can better meet the challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic. Grants are open to all businesses with a physical location in Taunton, MA who have less than 10 employees -



  • Initiative Foundation Grant - This program is designed to support microenterprises with five or fewer full-time employees and less than $750,000 in annual gross revenue. The effort will prioritize businesses owned by women, veterans, and community members of color and businesses located in small towns and rural areas. Grants up to $10,000. Apply by 6/10/22



  • Nevada Arts Grants - Nevada Arts Council will award grants to individual artists throughout Nevada to support the production and presentation of artistic projects across all disciplines and help artists rebuild after the impacts of COVID-19. Examples of eligible projects include art exhibitions, performances, readings, concerts, the creation of art, and portfolio creation. Virtual/online projects are also eligible. Grants for $1,000. Apply by 6/30/22 -

New Hampshire

  • Manchester Small Business Grant and Program Assistance - Support small businesses based in Manchester, NH with fixed business costs, including rent, utilities, and payroll, accrued during the pandemic, costs associated with transitioning to e-commerce business platforms, outdoor space upgrades, and other technical assistance needs. Grants up to $10,000 -

New Jersey

New York

  • NY State Pandemic Small Business Recovery Grant - Small Business Recovery Grant Program was created to provide flexible grant assistance to currently viable small businesses, micro-businesses and for-profit independent arts and cultural organizations in the State of New York who have experienced economic hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Grants from $5,000 to $50,000 -

  • Open Streets Grant - The Open Streets Grant will fund community-based development organizations (CBDOs) to support, operate, maintain, and enhance NYC Department of Transportation (DOT)-designated Open Street locations on commercial corridors. Grants up to $50,000. Apply by 6/20/22.

  • Rockland County Grants - Grant opportunities for restaurants and small businesses located in Rockland County up to $25,000 -

  • Syracuse Retail Incubator Program - Utilizing an award from The Central New York Community Foundation’s Black Equity & Excellence Fund, Ecodessa will identify & train entrepreneurs who collaborate with the Downtown Syracuse Foundation to secure a 3 month Popup shop location in Downtown Syracuse. Entrepreneurs will be eligible to receive a grant amount of up to $5,000 to fund expenses associated with their Popup shop. -

North Carolina

  • NC Small Business Impact Grant Program (RETOOLNC) - Eligible businesses are certified HUB and DBE firms with 50 employees or less. Grants are ONLY available to certified businesses with $1,500,000 or less in gross revenue. Grants up to $25,000.


  • Lincoln and Gilbert Grants (Cincinnati) - For Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) in Cincinnati - who been negatively impacted by COVID-19, or that predominately serve businesses that have been disproportionately impacted by COVID. Grants for up to $15,000 Apply by 7/23/22


  • JVS Philadelphia Fund for Women - JVS Philadelphia Fund for Women is designed to provide capital and to coach women-owned enterprises with strong growth potential in Greater Philadelphia. Grants up to $50,000. Apply quarterly -

  • NEXT Awards - Nashville Entrepreneurship Center - For entrepreneurs in Middle Tennessee who are transforming industries and making our world better. Company must be headquartered in Middle Tennessee and fall in one of the industry categories. Apply by 6/13/22 -


  • Fort Bend TX Small Business Grant - To qualify, you must be a Fort Bend business that has been operational since December 30, 2019 and prove a revenue decline of at least 25 percent from 2019 to 2020. Grants for $5000-$25,000 -

  • Killeen Small Business Grant Assistance Program - Small businesses located in Killeen can request up to $10,000 to mitigate financial hardships occurring because of the coronavirus pandemic. Must have 50 or fewer employees.

  • Pflugerville Cares Business Grant - Business must be for profit business in City of Pflugerville city limits. Grants up to $75,000. Apply by 6/30/22

  • Social Innovation Incubator (Dallas-area) - The United Way of Metropolitan Dallas is accepting applications for its Social Innovation Incubator 2022 to empower entrepreneurs who identify as women and people of color to develop their social venture ideas in North Texas. Grants for $2,500. Apply by 7/14/22

  • Texas Job Creators Quest Grant - Must be located in the North, Central or South Texas regions and have a current staff of 2-20 employees. Will have the ability to add 1-2+ net new premium wage jobs in the next 12 months. Must be a for-profit company with annual revenues between $100K and $3 million. Founder must identify as: Latinx, Black, Asian, Women, LGBTQIA+, Military Veteran, or located in a Low to Moderate Income area. Grants for $10,000. Apply by 7/22/22


Washington (state)

  • Small Business Flex Fund - For businesses in Washington State - loans for up to $150,000 are available for profits and not-for-profits. Loans have 3% – 4% interest rates, no fees & interest-only payments for the first year. 60-month loan terms -

  • Small Business Incentive Program - Award can go toward marketing materials, IT equipment, staff training, furniture, security equipment and more. Small business must be in Tri-Cities area. Prize of $1,000. Apply by 7/1/22

West Virginia



Start Small Think Big is a nonprofit that helps small businesses with high potential and limited access to the resources needed to create thriving businesses. They offer fabulous free webinars - in English and Spanish.
