48in48 Website Build Events – This group’s largest event of the year will be October 14-16th. The focus is on international nonprofits, charities, and NGOs; but they accept all interested (nonprofit) applicants. Antler Global Startup Program - Antler is a global early-stage VC that runs multiple programs for business startups around the world. See the website for more info about the program and application dates. -

ClimaTech Run 2022 (for tech entrepreneurs and digital artists) - Global multi-stage programme for tech entrepreneurs and digital artists who share a collective passion for sustainability and a better future for all. Those applying should have innovative tech-based solutions for a sustainable environment in food security, renewable energy, agriculture, water management, urban sustainability, and transportation or any new application of ICT in climate action. Grant for up to $100,000. Apply by 9/22/2022

Facebook Community Accelerator Grant - Facebook Community Accelerator Program is a global program (see list of countries) that helps leaders harness the power of their community to turn impactful ideas into action. Advance your leadership skills and utilize Facebook tools to deepen your community’s impact. FB community size must be >5000 members. Grant for $40,000. Apply by 9/10/2022 -

Ford Fund Fellowship with Watson Institute - Virtual program is for advanced, next-generation social entrepreneurs and community leaders building ventures that create impactful and scalable innovations. Looking for applicants from United States, China, Mexico, South Africa, and Argentina. Ford Fund applicants must be able to commit to be part of the 16-week program from October 17th, 2022, to February 24th, 2023. Grant of $25,000. Apply by 9/15/2022 -

Roddenberry Catalyst Fund - The Catalyst Fund is offering grants to Nonprofits & Social Enterprises to fund ideas or early-stage projects that have a high potential for large-scale impact and sustainable change. You can be a seasoned social entrepreneur or a first-time changemaker. Eligible candidates for the Catalyst Fund may be individuals, teams of individuals, non-profit organizations, or social enterprises. Grants for up to $15,000.

Techstars Accelerators - Techstars accelerators have one goal: to help entrepreneurs succeed. During each three-month program, they surround companies with the best mentors and an unrivaled network of corporate partners, investors, and alumni. Companies can receive $20K for 6% of company. Vital Voices GROW Fellowship 2023 for Women Entrepreneurs - The VV GROW Fellowship is a 10-month virtual programme that fosters growth and skills advancement in strategic planning, financial management, marketing and sales, strategic networking, leadership, human resources, and communications to support you in creating a holistic, sustainable foundation for which your vision and impact can grow. There is a fee to participate is ($1500) but scholarships are available. Apply by 10/18/2022.

Western Union Fellowship with Watson Institute- (specific counties) - Western Union Foundation Fellowship is for next-generation high-promising entrepreneurs and community leaders who are from and working with highly marginalized, refugee, and forcibly displaced communities around the globe. Looking for applicants from and are working in the following countries: Mexico, Kenya, Austria, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ethiopia, France, Germany, India, Italy, Jordan, Lebanon, United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Uganda, United Kingdom, United States, and Afghanistan. Funding of $25,000. Apply by 11/15/2022.


Disruptive Homegrown Healthcare Solutions Incubator - Need to be Kenya based company that has: Technology-based solution - that includes artificial intelligence, IoT and/or wearable technology or Service-based solution directly providing healthcare to patients or support to providers. Apply by 9/23/2022 -

Ecobank Fintech Challenge - Challenge is open to all Fintechs on the African continent. Grant for $50,000. Apply by 9/16/2022

Grindstone incubator - Must be based in South Africa - incubator will include training, corporate advisory, coaching, mentorship and funding. Specific interventions for each company include a structured gap analysis, understanding of the company value system, building a digital go-to-market strategy, financial modelling, intellectual property assessment, strategic and financial valuation as well as populating a data room -


Boost Your Business Technology - Grant for up to $15,000 offers support to Canadian-owned small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) who want to adopt new digital technologies.

Digital Transformation Grant - Must be permanent 'brick-and-mortar' establishment in Ontario with less than 50 employees and owned by a Canadian resident. Grants for $2,500. Apply by 10/31/2022 -

Stand With Owners Telus Business Grant - Application is open to all small business owners (for profit and not for profit) who are residents of Canada. 30 winners will be chosen. Contest period runs through September but winners will be selected as early as June. Prize of $25,000. Apply by 9/18/2022 -

Strategic Innovation Fund - Strategic Innovation Fund (SIF) provides financial support to projects that will improve Canada's innovation performance while providing economic, innovation and public benefits to Canadians. Must be a for-profit corporation or non-profit (depending on application) in Canada and be requesting a minimum govt contribution of $10 million for a proposal with total costs of at least $20 million.


Sequoia Spark fellowship program - Sequoia will provide $100,000 equity-free grant and immersive mentorship to support aspiring women entrepreneurs in India and Southeast Asia. They are looking for women founders who are solving hard problems across sectors like SaaS, fintech, sustainability, climate tech, consumer tech, Web3, health tech and more. Apply by 10/25/2022


AAUW (American Assn of University Women) Community Action Grant - Community Action Grants provide funding to individuals as well as community-based nonprofits for innovative programs that promote education and equity for women and girls. Grants for up to $10,000. Apply by 12/1/2022 -

Amazon's Black Business Accelerator - Dedicated to helping build sustainable equity and growth for Black entrepreneurs by enabling their success as sellers. Grow your business with access to financial support, strategic business guidance and mentorship, and marketing and promotional support. -

AT&T Black Future Maker - Black Future Makers are dedicated individuals pursuing greater possibilities for the greater good. Submit a video of 30-60 seconds, or photo, on your Instagram feed explaining how you are pursuing greater possibilities for you and the community. Grants for $10,000. Apply by 12/31/22 -

Coalition to Back Black Businesses - Businesses must meet certain criteria, including having between three and twenty full-time, part-time, or otherwise contracted employees, and must be located in an economically vulnerable community. Grants for $5,000. Apply by 9/6/2022 -

DoorDash Disaster Relief - Grants to restaurants who are experiencing hardship due to a state or federally declared disaster (NOT due to COVID), be independently owned, have a brick-and-mortar location with 3 stores or fewer currently operating, have revenues of less than $3 million per location in the last 12 months, and employ 50 or fewer people per store. Grants of $10,000. Apply by 9/30/2022

Enthuse Foundation Pitch Competition - An annual celebration of women who are making their mark on the food, beverage, and CPG industries. Five entrepreneurs pitch their business live in New York City in front of a panel of industry experts. Top prize of $10,000. Apply by 10/3/2022 -

Entrepreneurs Access Network (through E&Y) - Applicants must be a Black or Latino CEO or founder of any privately held company in the US. Company must be more than two years old and 51% minority (Black/Latino) owned. If selected, applicant will have access to network of resources and mentors through Ernst&Young. Apply by end of October.

Fearless Strivers - Open to black women who are legal U.S. residents (including DC), 18+ and the principal owner of a U.S.-based small business. Grants for $10,000. Apply by 12/31/22.

First Strides Grant Program (Johnnie Walker and iFundWomen) - Will fund 10 groundbreaking women-owned businesses in celebration of Women’s History Month. Businesses selected will receive a $10K grant plus one year of premium coaching services through IFundWomen. Apply by 12/31/2022 -

HerRise Micro-Grant - Each month a $500 micro-grant will be awarded to a for-profit small business owned by women of color. Past recipients used their growth grants for computers, equipment, marketing materials, software purchase, website creation and more.

Incfile Fresh Start Business Grant - Entrepreneurs 21 years or older can apply to receive $2,500 to put toward business startup costs and will also receive free formation services from Incfile. Application deadlines are 9/30/22 and 12/31/22.

Juntos Crecemos Hispanic Digital & Delivery Program (PepsiCo) - PepsiCo is inviting Latina entrepreneurs who work in food service to apply for eight weeks of personalized expert consultation, including best practices across operations, technology, marketing and digital presence.

Klarna's Small Business Initiative (partner with Macy's) - Will award 10 small businesses, a year of free buy-now-pay-later payment services, plus media services valued at $40,000 across the Klarna ecosystem. Apply by 10/1/2022 -

Proudly Unstoppable Latinx Owned Small Business Grant - The applicant must be a small business with less than 20 full-time employees and must be a majority Hispanic-owned business (Grants for $5000 offered through USHCC and UPS). Apply by 9/16/2022 -

Resilia Microgrants for Nonprofits - Resilia is offering $1,000 microgrants to US-based non-profits. No strings attached. Microgrants can be used immediately to support nonprofit's work. Apply by 9/16/2022 -

SBA Thrive Emerging Leaders Training program – Training program for business owners that have annual revenues of at least $250,000 and have been in business at least 3 years and have at least one employee.

She Boss Talk - She Pitch Perfect Competition - Entrant must be a legal U.S. resident, 18 or older and registered user of Instagram. Entrants must post either a video to their Facebook or Instagram according to the competition requirements. Awards of up to $3,500 in cash and prizes. Apply by 9/30/2022

Sparkplug Foundation Social Action Grant - The Sparkplug Foundation is offering up to $10,000 grant for nonprofit organizations based in the US that are working on projects that address institutional injustices, and build a just society. This includes projects focused to, educate or support communities, make systemic change and/or shift power to create justice, bring music to communities. Grants for $10,000. Apply by 10/31/2022 -

Start Small Think Big is a nonprofit that helps small businesses with high potential and limited access to the resources needed to create thriving businesses. They partner with small business owners, providing personalized business support and building connections with local communities. They focus on NY and CA markets. Truist NonProfit Grant - The Truist Foundation supports nonprofits with grants that target leadership development, economic mobility, thriving communities and educational equity. Quarterly deadlines -

Verizon Small Business Digital Ready - Coaching, courses, and $10k grants available for Asian American and Pacific Islander entrepreneurs. Apply by 9/13/2022 -

Wish Local Empowerment Program - You must be a Black-owned business with a brick-and-mortar shop within the United States and less than 20 employees. If selected for the program, you must join Wish Local (which is free). Grants for up to $2000 -

Women Owned in Retail Accelerator (with Lowe's) - The Retail Accelerator will dive into a series of critical topics you need to know to break into and navigate big retail - every Wednesday in September at 2pm EST - interactive virtual webinar tailored to get Women Owned businesses ready for big retail. Apply by 9/6/2022




  • California Dream Fund - To apply for the grant, the program first requires eligible startups to participate in a no-cost business startup program that combines helpful startup training workshops with one-on-one consulting services. Upon successful completion of the program, eligible participants will be given a link to apply for grant funding up to $10,000 -

  • California Paid Family Leave Grant - Grants for small businesses in California with 1-100 employees who have at least one (1) employee utilizing California’s Paid Family Leave program (on or after June 1, 2022). Funding up to $2000.

  • Lake County, CA Microgrant Program - Must be physically located in Lake County and have <5 full-time equivalent employees. Grants for $2,500 on a first come, first served basis -

  • San Bernardino County Microbusiness COVID-19 Relief Grant - Must be a business located within the San Bernardino County boundaries with 5 or less employees. Grants for $2,500 -

  • Southern California Job Creators Quest Grant - Must be located in the Los Angeles, Orange County, Riverside, San Bernardino, Imperial, and San Diego regions and have a current staff of 2-20 employees. Will have the ability to add 1-2+ net new premium wage jobs in the next 12 months. Must be a for-profit company with annual revenues between $100K and $3 million. Founder must identify as: Latinx, Black, Asian, Women, LGBTQIA+, Military Veteran, or located in a Low to Moderate Income area. Grants for $10,000. Apply by 11/30/22


  • Advanced Industries Export Grant - Helps Colorado-based advanced industries technology businesses who want to export or are currently exporting. This grant is for small- and medium-sized businesses for up to $15,000.

  • Colorado Community Revitalization Grant - Provides gap funding for projects in creative districts, historic districts, main streets or neighborhood commercial centers. This grant will support creative projects that combine creative industry workforce housing, commercial spaces, performance space, community gathering spaces, child care centers, and retail partnerships for the purpose of economic recovery and diversification. Up to $5MM in funding available.

  • Colorado Startup Loan Fund - Must be for-profit entity located in Colorado with 25 or fewer employees and less than $2MM in revenue. Loans for up to $150,000 -

  • DoorDash Accelerator - Accelerator is specifically designed with resources, speakers, and content most relevant and applicable to restaurants owned by women, immigrants, and people of color. Must operate three or fewer restaurant locations with less than 50 employees in Denver, CO. Grants for up to $20,000. Apply by 9/9/2022 -

  • Fort Collins Small Business Grants - Businesses that have fewer than 50 employees and generate less than $500,000 in annual revenue are eligible, along with solo entrepreneurs, artists and musicians who had challenges that were attributed to or aggravated by the pandemic. Grant for up to $10,000. Apply by 10/31/2022 -


  • EDGE Grants - Businesses based in Delaware who are less than five years old and employ no more than 10 employees are eligible to apply for an EDGE Grant. The grants are awarded through a competitive selection process. Five STEM-based companies can receive up to $100,000 for eligible expenses while five Entrepreneur Class (non-STEM) businesses can receive up to $50,000.Apply by 9/30/2022

  • Site Readiness Fund - The Site Readiness Fund provides grants, loans or other economic assistance to qualified businesses or local governments based in Delaware that invest in constructing, renovating, or improving commercial, industrial sites that are readily available to businesses.




  • EmPOWER Grant - Organizations may apply for a grant of up to $5,000, which may cover up to 100% of eligible energy efficiency projects. Must be non-profit or small business and a commercial rate schedule account holder of an electric utility on the island of Hawaiʻi, Lānaʻi, Maui, Molokaʻi or Oʻahu where the electricity-saving energy efficiency measure is being installed. Apply by 9/30/2022


  • Aurora, IL Business Grants - Finish Line Grant program assists property owners and tenants in the completion of rehabilitation projects that will enhance the economic viability of downtown Aurora. Re-Start Retention Grant program was established to assist small businesses located in the City of Aurora with business expenses and operational expenses to prevent business closures and the loss of jobs as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Grant for up to $10,000. Apply by 10/1/22 -

  • Gurnee, IL Small Business Grant - The village of Gurnee, Illinois launched a small business grant program last month. Grants can be used to improve business facilities and each business must provide at least half of the capital (match) for each project. Grants up to $10,000 -

  • Small Business Improvement Fund – Chicago - Grants for permanent building improvements and repairs. Chicago’s Department of Planning and Development facilitates the program. Local businesses can apply for grants that cover between 30 percent and 90 percent of their remodeling or building costs. Funding up to $250,000. Different application deadlines based on location in Chicago. -




  • ExportMD Program - Maryland companies that receive an ExportMD Award are eligible for up to $5,000 in reimbursement for expenses associated with an international marketing project. Apps due first of each month -

  • Maryland Economic Adjustment Fund - This is an evolving loan fund, which supports small businesses that don’t qualify for traditional loans or financing. This specific program will grant priority to businesses in Baltimore City and rural regions across the state. -

  • Maryland Manufacturing 4.0 grant program - Grants would be focused on installing new robotic or automated equipment, using IoT technologies, including floor data sensors and smart warehouse systems. Other applications for the grants include new quality control systems, investing in data and analytics and employee training. Grants from $15,000-$50,000. Apply by 10/7/2022 -

  • Montgomery County Small Business Rental Assistance Program - Provide grants to small businesses in qualifying industries to support rental costs, both current and arrears rent payments. The grant is intended to mitigate the injury experienced by Montgomery County businesses as a result of the pandemic. Funding up to $10,000. Apply by 9/30/2022 -

  • Project Restore - Financial support to Maryland’s existing or new businesses to help incentivize commercial investment in vacant retail and commercial properties.​ Grants for up to $30,000. Apply by 9/8/2022 -



  • Jackson Small Business Resiliency & Safe Practices Grant - Business must operate within the Jackson city limits and have less than 50 employees. Grant should be used to modernize systems and equipment to help establishments be better positioned to prevent, prepare for, and respond to the COVID-19 and future variants. Grants up to $30,000 will be issued on first come, first served basis.



  • Fiserv Back2Business program - Must be a Black or minority owned small business located in Nebraska or specific zip codes in Iowa. Grants of $10,000. Apply by 12/31/22 -

New Hampshire

  • Coos Economic Development Corporation Grant - For small businesses in Coos County: Berlin, Colebrook, Gorham, Lancaster, and Whitefield. Grant awardees will receive up to $5,000 towards storefront rent for 3-months, insurance, utilities, signage, and other reasonable expenses. -

  • Manchester Small Business Grant and Program Assistance - Support small businesses based in Manchester, NH with fixed business costs, including rent, utilities, and payroll, accrued during the pandemic, costs associated with transitioning to e-commerce business platforms, outdoor space upgrades, and other technical assistance needs. Grants up to $10,000 -

New Jersey

  • Morris County Small Business Grant - Business must have been legally established in Morris County since January 1, 2019, as a: Sole Proprietorship, Partnership, Corporation, Non-Profit, LLC with less than 25 employees. Grants up to $15,000. Apply by 9/30/22 -

  • Small Business Improvement Grant - All creditworthy, small, minority-owned or women-owned businesses in New Jersey may apply for assistance under the Small Business Improvement Grant. Businesses may be reimbursed for capital improvements, or purchase and/or installation of new furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Grants up to $50,000 -

New Mexico

New York

  • 2022 Minority Women-Owned Business Pitch Competition - Open to minority women-owned businesses located in the greater New York Area. Prizes of $5,000. Apply by 9/22/2022

  • Empire State Development Corp.’s COVID-19 Capital Costs Tax Credit Program - Individual businesses can apply for tax credits of up to $25,000, which may cover up to half of qualified, pandemic-related expenses. Qualifying expenses include supplies or upgrades related to health and safety, including disinfectants, new HVAC equipment, touchless kiosks, and outdoor-space expansions. -

  • NY State Pandemic Small Business Recovery Grant - Small Business Recovery Grant Program was created to provide flexible grant assistance to currently viable small businesses, micro-businesses and for-profit independent arts and cultural organizations in the State of New York who have experienced economic hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Grants from $5,000 to $50,000 -

  • Rockland County Grants - Grant opportunities for restaurants and small businesses located in Rockland County up to $25,000 -

North Carolina



  • Door Dash Accelerator - Accelerator is specifically designed with resources, speakers, and content most relevant and applicable to restaurants owned by women, immigrants, and people of color. Must operate three or fewer restaurant locations with less than 50 employees in Portland, OR. Funding up to $20,000. Apply by 9/9/2022


South Carolina



  • Salt Lake City small business grant - Small businesses, home-based businesses, food trucks, artists and musicians based in Salt Lake City are eligible to apply. Funding up to $100,000. Apply by 9/30/2022 -


  • B-Force Accelerator - A 12-week intensive for black and Latinx businesses that are at least 2 years old to prepare them for capital access. Must be located in Norfolk.

  • James City County Small Business Relief Grant - Existing businesses located in James City County are eligible to apply. Must be locally or regionally owned and have less than 20 employees. Grants up to $15,000 -

  • Newport News Microenterprise Grant - Micro Enterprise must be within Newport News and will have five or fewer employees. Not-for-profit businesses, organizations and entities are not eligible for this program. The business owners must be low to moderate income or the business must be located in a low to moderate-income area at the time of application. Grants for $500-$3500 -

  • Prince William County, VA Small Business Grant - Prince William County, VA is offering a "Restore Retail" Grant program for up to $25K per grant.

  • Route 1 Refresh Grant program - Provides financial assistance to businesses located along U.S. Route 1 (Jefferson Davis Highway) in Prince William County, to help mitigate the financial impacts caused by ongoing construction activity and the renaming of U.S. Route 1 from Jefferson Davis Highway to Richmond Highway. Funding up to $30,000. Apply by 12/31/2022 -

  • Virginia Tourism Corporation Microbusiness Marketing Leverage Program - The Virginia Tourism Corporation is offering these grant funds to spur economic activity and travel across the Commonwealth to support small businesses and drive shoulder season visitation (September to May). Funding up to $5,000. Apply by 9/20/2022.

Washington, D.C

  • Diverse City Fund - This opportunity is available for any BIPOC-led, DC community based organizations or groups including start-ups, located in Washington DC. Funding up to $15,000 that can be used for general operating purposes including salaries, equipment, materials, rent, etc. Apply by 9/30/22 -

Washington (state)

  • Small Business Flex Fund - For businesses in Washington State - loans for up to $150,000 are available for profits and not-for-profits. Loans have 3% – 4% interest rates, no fees & interest-only payments for the first year. 60-month loan terms

  • Tenant Improvement Fund - Fund will grant eligible small businesses up to $100,000 to build out commercial spaces and make commercial improvements more affordable for projects located within Seattle city limits. Funding up to $100,000. Apply by 9/8/2022

  • Working Washington grants - Eligible for-profit and non-profit businesses, including tribal member-owned business operating on a reservation with a license issued by a federally recognized tribe in Washington state, may apply. Apply by 9/9/22

West Virginia


  • Main Street Bounceback Grants - Main Street Bounceback Grants program is to provide financial support to businesses that move into existing vacant commercial properties in urban Wisconsin areas, helping to create a foundation for long-term success for themselves and their communities. Funding up to $10,000. Apply by 12/31/22 -
